Sales Engineer

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with other department to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Address delivery times, technical specs, and customers complaints
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify sales opportunities, market PINs, untapped (lost) opportunities and customers complaints
  • Update the Sales Force System with call details and opportunities
  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D / CSD teams for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineeringProven work experience as a Sales Engineer (with 2-5 years of experience in related industry)Proven track record selling (Heavy Equipements, Spare Parts and Gensets) is a plusAbility to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and other key stakeholdersAbility to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel English (B2-C1)Candidates from all regions of Egypt are welcome to apply
