Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other department to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Address delivery times, technical specs, and customers complaints
- Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify sales opportunities, market PINs, untapped (lost) opportunities and customers complaints
- Update the Sales Force System with call details and opportunities
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D / CSD teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineeringProven work experience as a Sales Engineer (with 2-5 years of experience in related industry)Proven track record selling (Heavy Equipements, Spare Parts and Gensets) is a plusAbility to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and other key stakeholdersAbility to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel English (B2-C1)Candidates from all regions of Egypt are welcome to apply
