Position Summary: 

 The IT Director is responsible for overseeing the organization’s information technology strategy, ensuring efficient and secure IT operations, and leading technology-related projects. This role requires expertise in SAP systems, IT infrastructure management, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic IT Leadership: 

• Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives. • Advise senior management on IT trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations. 

2. SAP System Management: 

• Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP modules. • Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other business applications. • Lead initiatives for SAP system upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization. • Provide technical guidance and training to SAP users within the organization. 

3. Infrastructure Management: 

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services. • Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of IT systems. • Implement security protocols to protect IT assets and data. • Supervise disaster recovery planning and business continuity measures. 

4. Team Leadership: 

• Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. • Delegate tasks and manage resources to ensure timely project delivery. • Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development. 

5. Budget and Vendor Management: 

• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and IT services. • Evaluate and select new technologies to support business growth.

 6. Project Management: • Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and deliver solutions.

 7. Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. • Identify and mitigate IT-related risks. • Stay updated on data protection laws and implement measures to maintain compliance.
