Technical Recruiter

Overview:  
Smart.sa , seeking for Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our growth and success. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will create effective sourcing strategies, align with local recruitment trends, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and select top technical candidates for roles such as software developers, engineers, IT specialists, and other tech-focused positions.
  • Use various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and local job boards (e.g., Wuzzuf) to identify and engage with candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and hiring goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and technical talent pools.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and initial screenings to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Design and execute technical assessments and interview frameworks to evaluate candidates’ skills effectively.

Candidate Experience:

  • Create a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Represent the company’s values and culture during candidate engagements.

Data and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding efforts, particularly in the tech community.
  • Attend job fairs, tech events, university engagements, and other industry events to build relationships with potential candidates.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical degree or equivalent experience in IT is a plus.Experience:Proven experience (2+ years) as a technical recruiter, preferably in IT or technology sectors.Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.Skills:Familiarity with Egyptian recruitment platforms (e.g., Wuzzuf, Forasna) and hiring practices.Proficiency in English and Arabic for effective communication with local and international candidates.Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.Attributes:Passion for identifying and hiring exceptional technical talent.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve recruitment outcomes.Proactive and resourceful approach to solving challenges.
