Role Overview:
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. You will oversee the CRM team, manage CRM tools, and ensure that customer data is utilized effectively to drive sales and marketing efforts. Your leadership will be key to shaping the customer experience, ensuring a seamless interaction across all touchpoints, and optimizing CRM processes in our dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the CRM strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Oversee the CRM team, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and workflow.
- Implement and optimize CRM tools and platforms (e.g.: Odoo) to ensure maximum efficiency and data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting, personalization, and engagement.
- Analyze customer data, generate insights, and create actionable plans to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to design and implement CRM-driven campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure that issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM industry trends and best practices, implementing new tools and strategies to remain competitive.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Expertise in CRM software (e.g.: Odoo) and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement actionable strategies.
