Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

  1. Create and plan digital advertising campaigns across a range of channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  2. Oversee existing campaigns and optimize their ROI.
  3. Analyze and optimize campaigns on a daily basis if needed.
  4. Track, report, analyze, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns and their spending.
  5. Suggest and develop creative concepts for campaign/landing page artworks.
  6. Develop digital proposals and strategy presentations.
  7. Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid campaigns.
  8. Leading and mentoring the performance marketing team.
  9. Developing and implementing advanced performance marketing strategies.
  10. Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  11. Managing larger and more complex marketing campaigns.
  12. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Minimum Required Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Minimum Required Experience:2-4 years in digital advertising or media planning.Working Conditions: The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven.
