Oversee the maintenance and operation of electric buses at a major tourism site. The role involves managing daily maintenance schedules, ensuring efficient charging times, and monitoring the performance of the fleet. You will also be responsible for tracking spare parts stock levels, forecasting needs, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of electric buses.
• Develop and manage a daily maintenance schedule, including charging times and fleet availability.
• Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to bus performance or charging.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure minimal downtime and optimal bus performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Very good English skills
• Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably with electric vehicles.
• Moderate knowledge of electrical systems and bus mechanics.
• Ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
•  Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
