Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in private sectors, hospitals and medical clinics ensuring consistent results on a semi-annual basis.
- Regularly follow up with clients in the territory, maximizing the distribution of company products and gathering information on purchases of both company and competitor products.
- Effectively present and promote urology and cardiology medical devices to healthcare professionals (urologists, cardiologists, surgeons, etc.), emphasizing key product benefits, features, pricing, and quotations in alignment with the strategic plan established by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Monitor and connect market information regarding agencies, competitors' prices, and services through daily visits or various information networks.
- Attend all relevant meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to serve and develop the sales department and professionally represent the company.
- Submit weekly sales reports aligned with the set plan, including the latest updates during the week.
- Develop weekly plans for client coverage and visits (private or government sectors) based on the objectives set by Sales & Marketing Manager, while maintaining and submitting daily plans for review to ensure higher efficiency.
- Support and follow up with the company's collection officer, providing required information to track delayed payments and invoices from clients.
- Provide information, recommendations, client classifications, and upgrades, and qualify new clients as per the plan set by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with both new and existing clients.
- In some cases, internally follow up on the delivery of delayed devices.
- Respond promptly to client requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Notify the Sales & Marketing Manager of all requested quotations.
Qualifications and Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary MedicineAreas: Cairo & GizaExperience: 2 years of experience in medical device sales.Skills:Good knowledge of medical products and the local market.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals.Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
