This role involves administrative support for academic and operational activities within the school.
Key responsibilities include:
Academic Support:
- Creating and managing rosters for online learning platforms.
- Liaising with Heads of Departments (HoDs) and Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs) on schedules, covers, and teacher-related matters.
- Follow up with teacher inventories, supplies, and MAP report distribution.
Student Management:
- Tracking attendance, managing student incident records, and following up with parents.
- Monitoring students with chronic health conditions and maintaining up-to-date student records (e.g., transitions, major events, or updated contact information).
Event Coordination:
- Organizing trips, enrichment activities, parent-teacher meetings, and fire drill procedures.
Administrative Tasks:
- Updating class lists, behavior policy materials, and semester plans.
- Coordinating certificates, schedules, and Google Forms for surveys or questionnaires.
- Managing electronic devices, keys, and staff schedules.
Registrar and Admissions Support:
- Coordinating with the registrar for student documents and handling admissions/transfers.
Communication:
- Handling parent inquiries, sending bulk emails, and organizing interviews for teacher applicants.
