- Oversee the accurate and timely determination of product costs, including direct
materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead. - Develop and maintain standard costing systems and procedures.
- Analyze cost variances (actual vs. standard) and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Prepare cost reports and analysis for management decision-making.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new products, processes, or projects.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts related to production costs.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in cost accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, GAAP, and other relevant regulations. Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and spreadsheet software (e.g.,Excel). Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate effectively, and provide constructive feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with variousstakeholders. High level of accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
