- Collects timesheet data and payroll information.
- Gathers information on hours worked for each employee.
- Enters data into payroll and administrative databases and SAP programs.
- Maintains database of personnel information and accurate payroll records.
- Communicates with sections for the days that do not indicate the presence or vacations etc.
- Registers Vacations in factories daily, considering the periodic review with sections.
- Conducts regularly scheduled audits of payroll records to ensure continued accuracy.
- Calculates the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, benefits, etc. with the assistance of the SAP system.
- Calculates Salaries, benefits, tax deductions, incentives, etc.
- Prepares pay slips to ensure that employees are paid on time and correctly.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.HR Diploma or Certificate is an Asset.From 2-3 years of relevant experience.Excellent in English (Written- Speaking).Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel- Word- PowerPoint).HRIS advanced user - SAP & SF system.
