As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns. You’ll lead collaborations with management, freelancers, and agencies to elevate Vinny’s brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:
  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Vinny’s brand goals and business objectives.
• Campaign Management:
  Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital, print, and in-store promotions, ensuring impactful delivery and measurable results.
• Team Leadership:
  Manage and coordinate a team of freelancers and agency partners specializing in content creation, graphic design, social media, and media buying.
• Content Development:
  Direct the creation and curation of high-quality content that reflects Vinny’s brand voice for all platforms, including social media, marketing collateral, and website updates.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
• Social Media Management:
  Oversee social media channels to foster engagement, grow the audience, and maintain alignment with the brand’s tone and goals.
• Market Research:
  Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
