SID| Sultans for Investment and Development is seeking a highly qualified Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Cost Baseline Preparation.


• Coordinate appropriate control budgets consistent with project estimate and Work Breakdown Structure / Cost Breakdown Structure.


• Prepare Revised Budget.


• Analyzing project variances and highlighting reason behind cost under run/over run.


• Prepare Forecast at completions and budget at completion on monthly basis.


• Developing, Monitoring and Controlling of Cash Plan.


• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.


• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.


• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.


• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.


• Working on projects KPI’s, Dash boards &Presentations.

Job Requirements

• 
  Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.


• 
  Work Experience: from 4 to 7 years of experience in a relevant scope.


• Adequate knowledge in applying cost control and management principles, techniques, and tools.


• Suitable experience with quantity surveying principles and techniques.


• Hands-on experience with MS Office, Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.


• Primavera, preferred power BI.
