PSI, a leading manufacturer of cold storage and clean room solutions, is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive revenue and lead our sales operations in Egypt and the MENA region.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
Team Development:
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with PSI’s strategic goals.
Market Penetration:
Identify new opportunities in cold storage and clean room sectors, leveraging your engineering knowledge to engage clients effectively.
Client Engagement:
Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize your MEP engineering background to provide clients with in-depth product understanding and tailored technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For:Experience: At least 8–10 years in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or B2B sales is preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP). An MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage.Skills: Proven track record in driving sales, strong technical acumen, and excellent leadership capabilities.
