- Stay updated with advancements in technology to improve processes.
8. Customer and Vendor Relations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to align warehouse operations with business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies.
