Business Development Specialist (Marketing agency)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify new markets, industry trends, and potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, or digital marketing.
  • Market Research: Analyze market conditions and competitors to suggest strategic initiatives for growth.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create presentations, proposals, and business plans tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations and close sales agreements to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver effective campaigns.
  • Customer Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback to improve services, and report progress against goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Client Support: Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Attend Conferences/Networking Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or other networking opportunities to generate new business leads.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to research and identify new business opportunities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
