We are seeking a motivated Operation Engineer to join our team and oversee the application of Acrylicon products in alignment with our high standards. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring project success from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities include

Responsibilities

Applying Acrylicon products in accordance with established standards.
Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with Acrylicon Standards.
Initiating project plans and cash disposal based on site inspection reports (office work).
Leading kickoff meetings to facilitate smooth project handovers.
Updating project plans and cash disposal following kickoff meetings.
Submitting materials and tools orders with optimal quantities.
Assigning labor based on productivity rates with support from the technical office.
Utilizing all available resources to achieve project goals with quality and cost efficiency.
Addressing all project-related issues (technical, administrative, managerial) to meet objectives.
Managing client interactions, including daily reports, technical solutions, variation proposals, and communication with all stakeholders.
Adhering to and enforcing all Acrylicon rules.

Requirements:

Experience: 1 to 3 years in a relevant field
Residence: Must be based in Cairo
Education: Preferred degree in Civil Engineering
Must own a car
