  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from premium and platinum customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Provide personalized assistance, resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services to offer accurate information and appropriate recommendations.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for further resolution, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Track and document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and stay informed about new products, services, and policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent selling skills by promoting relevant products and services to customers.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.Undergraduates are welcome to apply2-3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in a premium or high-end segment.Experience in the Telecom or Banking industry is a must.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.High organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong tele sales abilities with a proven track record.Familiarity with premium customer service standards and practices.Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant customer service tools.Familiarity with premium customer service standards and practices.Previous experience in selling luxury products is highly recommended.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
