PMO (CRM)

Oversee the lifecycle of CRM projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Drive stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Ensure CRM projects adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
• Analyze CRM system performance and recommend enhancements or improvements.
• Provide training and support for team members on CRM tools and processes.
 


Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, IT, or related discipline].• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and functionalities.• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
