- Develop and apply quality standards for the assigned areas and work hand to hand with the operative teams to improve and sustain quality performance.
- Implement and follow-up for inspection of incoming and outbound products for the facilities.
- Inspect raw materials used in manufacturing.
- Applying GMP in manufacturing areas.
- Conduct the inspection, testing and sampling operations according to the quality plans in the factories.
- Prepare reports according to system requirements.
- Implement all documents related to the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO22000 food safety and the requirements of the Food Safety Authority related to his department.
- Ensure that the product conforms to the specifications specified according to each stage in accordance with the quality control instructions.
- Supervise the cleanliness and sterilization of the factory.
Bachelor's degree in agriculture (food science / dairy) or science.Ability to deal with ERP programs.Knowledge of the legal rules and guidelines of the industry.
