1. Personnel
- Keep personnel files of employees
- Supervise the process of employee time-boarding.
- Maintain proper admin. of personal files of all employees and their control.
- Keep updated database concerning holidays, sick leaves, etc.
- Maintain employees` absence records.
- Complete, keep and control annual vacations record.
- Control working hours registration, issuing and adherence of annual vacations schedule
2. Administration
- Controls all day to day administrative activities in the HO & DCs
- Mange all issues with governmental offices for all company certificates and license.
- Establish and administrate Beyti car fleet database.
- Establishing effective system to enable drivers to report selected, updated information on cars.
- Ensure that all data is available for evaluation.
- Analyze currently the costs of car maintenance and repairs on monthly/quarter basis together with Finance Department.
- Coordinate technical service for company cars to benefit from a reduction of costs. Selection and negotiations with the suppliers - signing contracts with pre-selected service stations and petrol stations.
- Make accident analysis, keep a constant check on accidents, prepare plan of activities to reduce accidents.
- Monitor claims with Insurance Companies together with Finance Department.
- Analyze current car replacement needs of the company in order to give maximum benefit to Beyti.
- Participate in purchasing process of new cars – pre-select and recommend suppliers, collect offers,
- Participate in negotiations taking into consideration the quality of car, service, and maintenance costs.
- Coordinate cooperation with car rent/lease companies.
- Supervise maintenance of company facilities.
3. Labor Relations
- Complete HR database in area of labor relations.
- Keep updated information about social Insurance law and assure that internal regulations are in line with relevant Egyptian laws.
Minimum Requirements: The ability to coordinate activities, analyze diverse situations and recommend appropriate conclusions.Education: University degree with relevant degree in Human Resource Management.Skills:Ability to communicate effectively internally within the company as well as externally Analytical skillsProblem solving, decision making, good management skills.Previous experience:At least 8-10 years of experience in general HR with concentration in Administration & Personnel
