As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with hiring managers, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process to acquire the best candidates.
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive hiring plans.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
Candidate Experience and Relationship Management:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Interview Coordination and Assessment:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and potential candidates.
- Assist in the development and use of interview assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Facilitate offer discussions, negotiate employment terms, and assist in the smooth transition of selected candidates into the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Employer Branding and Outreach:
- Support the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Maintain recruitment-related data, generate reports, and analyze key metrics to assess recruitment performance and suggest improvements.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with hiring laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.4-6 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.Strong proficiency in conducting Competency-Based Interviews (CBI), along with experience in recruitment platforms and utilizing various channels for recruiting strategies, is highly preferred.Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
