Objectives
- Alignment with Regulations: Guarantee all RDMC Egypt's Security activities comply with company standards and local Egyptian regulations.
- Enhanced Security Processes: Collaborate with the Executive Committee to continually improve security protocols and procedures.
- Expert Guidance: Provide comprehensive support, advice, and training on all aspects of physical security for employees.
- Security Measurement & Improvement: Implement methods to measure the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver security training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- External Liaison: Maintaining communication with external security authorities, stakeholders and police to ensure compliance with best practices.
- RDMC Security Expert Support: Assist the RDMC security Expert in integrating physical security measures into the overall RDMC Security framework.
- Field Expertise: Serve as a dedicated security supervisor within the RATP-Dev group, providing specialized knowledge and support to the Egypt division.

Physical Security Assessments:
- Conduct comprehensive onsite assessments of RDMC facilities and perimeter security.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures against identified threats and vulnerabilities.
- Recommend improvements to physical security infrastructure, procedures, and protocols.
Investigations
- Lead preliminary investigations into security incidents, breaches, and suspected violations.
- Collect evidence, interview witnesses, and document findings in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
Security Provider Oversight
- Monitor the performance of contracted security service providers within assigned areas.
- Ensure adherence to contract terms, established security protocols, and best practices.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to security providers.
Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with local law enforcement officials.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with employers and stakeholders within the area of responsibility.

- Incident Management: Lead the proper recording, investigation, and reporting of security incidents (accidents and near misses) to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in physical security inspection or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security best practices.
- Strong investigative skills and experience in conducting interviews and collecting evidence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work in a challenging work environment, under potential pressure, independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security-related software applications.

- Military background with security experience preferred.
