Key Responsibilities:

1- Assist with registration and prequalification processes for tender portals and companies, ensuring the company becomes a registered supplier or partner.

2- Assist with preparing bids, quotations, and presentation submission documents.

3- Prepare introductory materials, and reports for internal and external use. (Profile, Case Studies, Leads Reports …etc.)

4- Prepare bilingual contract drafts using existing templates in alignment with legal and finance teams.

5- Oversee and maintain departmental records and statistics.

6- Researching and gathering market, agencies competition, and customer information.

7- These key responsibilities are primarily related to the Saudi market.


Qualifications:

1- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

2- Strong communication skills with external internally and externally.

3- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals.

4- Experience in dealing with pricing sheets, preparing quotations, and lead reporting.

5- Analytical skills for market and company research.

6- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
