Engagements are typically focused on the digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technology Lead to join our partner Mazaya Retail Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a small team, while monitoring with multi E-com websites.

As a Tech lead, you'll be responsible for the below:

Key Responsibilities

  • 100% Compliance between business plans (Banners, promotions, activations, etc) shared by Ecom commercial team and websites from users' POV
  • Enabling Ecom commercial team deliver their planned activities through minimum down time via solid planning & preparation
  • Developing & Maintaining total group technology RoadMap
  • Orchestrating between all functions (IT, Developers, Business, Operations, etc) to make sure that new technologies/features are implemented on time and with excellence
  • Engaging daily with engineering team/developers to make sure that they are crystal clear about the requirements to avoid any rework or delays
  • Develop & maintain analytical tools/reports to enable Ecom functions (Commercial, Operations, CS) to conduct their business with high productivity and take decisions based on numbers
  • Weekly reporting & analysis regarding checkout abandonment rates and taking immediate actions to improve accordingly
  • Recommending new features based on data to enhance UI/UX for better conversion rates and accordingly enabling brands growth
  • Acting as single point of contact between total group and technology supplier(s)/Developers

  • Platforms Content (Banners, Promotions, Products Listing, etc) On time reflection
  • Platforms Conversion Rate %SEO / SEM

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any relevant major
  • Years of Experience: 8 in total (2-3 yrs in tech industry & 2 yrs in E-Com)
  • Very Good command of Arabic & English
  • Previous Experience working with "Magento" is a preferable
  • Previous Experience as a "Product Manager" is preferable
