Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of HR professionals to ensure efficient operations within the HR section.
- Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage team workloads, and address any staff concerns.
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Oversee recruitment and staffing processes for the section, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure alignment with the organization's staffing needs, diversity, and talent acquisition strategies.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Manage employee relations matters within the section, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions for employee disputes or grievances.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring fair evaluations, timely feedback, and professional development opportunities for employees.
- Work with managers to implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Training & Development:
- Identify training and development needs for staff within the section and coordinate appropriate learning programs.
- Foster continuous professional growth, providing employees with resources to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Ensure the effective management and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to implement salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits offerings.
Policy Implementation & Documentation:
- Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and programs are followed in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate records and HR documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment, employee satisfaction) to senior management.
- Analyze trends and propose HR strategies to improve retention, productivity, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and relevant labor laws and regulations.Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
