Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Guide customers according to their requirements (parts counter/cashier/ delivery counter/-meeting with an ISR/ CAT¬ Shop...etc.)
- Inform and educate customers on the importance of our Touch Points Survey, Branch Survey, CAT Shop, PCC interactive screen
- Encourage customers buy from the CAT Shop and consumable parts stand
- Check customers transactions in each touch point and make note of how long it takes to analyze the average waiting. (Time In, Time out and the overall waiting time)
- Encourage customers to complete our experience survey
- Provide customers with soft sales consultation if needed
- Investigate any delays during the customer transaction and escalate
- Exceed customer expectations and build positive brand loyalty
- Support the marketing team in coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events
