Position: Senior Social Media Specialist

We specialize in the sale of beauty products and cosmetic surgery equipment, and we have a strong presence in the GCC region.
- What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies.
- Manage and grow accounts across platforms.
- Analyze data to drive engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to create impactful campaigns.
- Handle the day-to-day management of social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and audience.
- Track the performance of each client account using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or others).
- Create and optimize paid ad campaigns for clients on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Coordinate with in-house designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality content.

What We’re Looking For:Prior experience working in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) market and a strong understanding of the region’s culture, customs, and consumer behavior.Ability to create content tailored to the tastes and interests of the GCC audience.Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty or healthcare industry.Proven experience in managing social media for brands.Strong understanding of content creation and analytics.A creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.Someone passionate about delivering top-notch digital experiences.
