Executive Secretary - International Business
Location: Shorouk City, Cairo Governorate, Egypt
About the Role:
We seek a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. This dynamic role encompasses administrative support, customer care, social media management, and basic design/video editing.
Responsibilities:
* Administrative:
* Manage MD's calendar & travel.
* Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, & faxes.
* Prepare presentations, reports, & documents.
* Maintain accurate records & files.
* Assist with HR tasks (recruitment, onboarding, etc.).
* Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
* Customer Care:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, & chat.
* Resolve customer issues & complaints.
* Social Media:
* Create & schedule engaging social media content.
* Monitor social media channels & respond to interactions.
* Design/Video:
* Create basic graphics for social media & presentations.
* Edit short videos for social media & internal use.
Requirements:* Bachelor's degree (Business Admin, Secretarial Science preferred).* 3+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary.* Proven experience in international business logistics (preferred).* Excellent command of written & spoken English.* Proficiency in MS Office Suite & graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop).* Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, iMovie).* Strong organizational, time-management, & multitasking skills.* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.* Attention to detail & accuracy.* Bonus: Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper).Benefits:* Competitive salary & benefits package.* Opportunities for professional growth.* Dynamic & challenging work environment.
