- Developing the strategy for non-financial services and the corresponding action plans.
- Proposing laws and policies to create an enabling environment for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Enhancing and diversifying the package of one-stop-shop services provided through non-financial service units at regional offices.
- Developing and diversifying marketing mechanisms and channels for client products according to the needs of the local and international markets (exporting, exhibitions, e-commerce, etc.).
- Setting annual targets for the central sector and employees in the non-financial service units at regional offices, along with their performance indicators, monitoring their implementation, and overcoming obstacles to execution.
- Determining the estimated budget for the central sector.
- Qualifying and accrediting a network of providers offering technical, technological, and training support services necessary for projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure their success, growth, and improved performance and competitiveness. This also includes activating applied thinking related to franchising and the various associated marketing opportunities.
- Developing a training, qualification, and support plan for entrepreneurs, providing support and training for innovative, applicable project ideas.
- Enhancing various productive activities for projects, preparing, and disseminating models of economically viable projects, and encouraging their establishment among small investors.
- Designing programs to increase and promote financing opportunities for projects in agricultural, industrial, service, and franchising fields.
- Establishing standards, tools, and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate the non-financial services provided to clients and the outcomes resulting from them.
- Creating a database of government and non-governmental entities working in these fields and establishing a database of small projects categorized by sectors, products, and needs.
