Senior Recruitment Specialist

Position Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1-Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and arrange interviews with hiring managers.

2-Candidate Sourcing and Networking:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to engage passive candidates.

3-Talent Assessment and Selection:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate assessment tools, such as skills tests, personality assessments, or situational exercises, as needed.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on comprehensive candidate evaluation.

4-Offer Management and Negotiation:

  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Lead offer negotiations with candidates, balancing company needs with candidate expectations.
  • Ensure that all legal and compliance requirements are met during the offer process.

Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Experience:Minimum of 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-4 years in a senior or lead recruitment role.Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including mid-to-senior level positions.Skills & Abilities:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.Knowledge of employment laws, industry trends, and best practices in recruitment.Proficiency in using social media and networking platforms for talent sourcing.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Personal Attributes:Strong work ethic and self-motivated.Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.A proactive mindset and a passion for identifying top talent.
