Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Office Engineer specializing in ICT, Electric, and Low Current Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of various infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to identify project requirements and specifications related to ICT, electrical, and low-current systems.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for electrical and low-current systems using AutoCAD and other software tools.
• Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and materials related to electrical and low-current infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing technical support during the construction phase, including site inspections, troubleshooting, and coordination with contractors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful integration of ICT systems and electrical infrastructure into projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic, Electrical Engineering & Communication Engineering.
• Experience and good knowledge of a minimum of 4 years in a Pre-Sales role or similar capacity Especially on (Contracting / Low Voltage, ICT, Low Current, Networking, IT, Passive and Active).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of sales enablement tools and techniques.
• Ability to conduct research and stay up to date on industry trends and competition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Being fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
• Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM solutions.
