Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial aspects of the company, ensuring the company’s financial health, profitability, and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management tailored to the construction sector.
- Oversee financial reporting, financial statements, audits, and tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Saudi Arabian laws.
- Manage cash flow, investment decisions, and funding requirements, while collaborating with banks, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the executive team and board of directors for business growth and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor construction project finances, ensuring cost control and profitability across all projects.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards.
- Fundraising: Manage the company's capital structure, lead fundraising efforts, and build relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding for projects and growth.
- Vendor Management: Oversee financial interactions with vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective contracts, timely payments, and effective negotiations.
- Working Capital Management: Optimize working capital through effective cash flow management, receivables, payables, and inventory control to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team, helping drive business strategies and operational improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance, development, and alignment with company goals.
