• Oversee financial reporting, financial statements, audits, and tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Saudi Arabian laws.
• Manage cash flow, investment decisions, and funding requirements, while collaborating with banks, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the executive team and board of directors for business growth and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor construction project finances, ensuring cost control and profitability across all projects.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards.
• Fundraising: Manage the company's capital structure, lead fundraising efforts, and build relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding for projects and growth.
