Senior Property Consultant

Mena Group, a leading real estate company, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant with 4-6 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local property market in Giza and surrounding areas. They will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice, and ensuring smooth completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Giza and surrounding areas.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property transactions and guide them through the process.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring long-term relationships.
2. Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities in Giza and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and remain competitive.
3. Property Listings:
• Source, list, and manage properties for sale or rent in Giza and surrounding areas.
• Conduct property viewings, highlighting the features and benefits to potential buyers and renters.
• Negotiate offers and close deals successfully.
4. Sales and Negotiation:
• Facilitate property transactions from inquiry to closing.
• Advise clients on pricing strategies and market conditions.
• Negotiate terms that ensure satisfaction for all parties involved.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and necessary transaction documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and leads.
6. Collaboration with Teams:
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote properties effectively.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and company growth strategies.


Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.• 4-6 years of proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a consulting or sales role.• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Giza and surrounding areas.Skills and Competencies:1.
