* Develop innovative and effective marketing strategies based on
research and analysis of market trends and consumer behavior.
* Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for
campaigns and projects.
* Present creative strategies to clients effectively communicating the

creative strategies with Clients objectives.
* Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various
channels, including digital PR, social media, media buyer, and artteam.
* Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns and adjust strategies if needed.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of
high-quality work.
* Submit regular and periodic reports that provide all the campaigns
aspects.
* Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the line Manager.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or arelated field.* 3+ years of experience in a creative or strategic role within anadvertising agency,* Professional diploma or certificate in Marketing is a plus.* Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas intoactionable strategies.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Proficiency in using creative and analytical tools (GoogleAnalytics).* Strong project management and organizational skills.* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-dynamic environment.
