* Lead the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
* Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated and set up for success.
* Manage employee records and ensure HRIS data is accurate and compliant.
* Coordinate and support employee training programs and development initiatives.
* Provide guidance on employee relations and help resolve workplace issues, ensuring a positive work environment.
* Oversee payroll and attendance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
* Plan and execute office events, including team meetings, celebrations, and other gatherings, to promote a positive workplace culture.
* Prepare and analyze HR reports, track HR metrics, and ensure accurate data entry
* University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.* Proficiency in HRIS systems and GoogleWorkspace.* Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.* Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in Cairo, Egypt.
