Customer Service Specialist

  1. Deal directly with customer via phone or email.
  2. Identify the customer needs and respond promptly to their inquiries.
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  5. Provide pricing and delivery information.
  6. Process orders and requests.
  7. Check charges for services requested.
  8. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts/overdue payments.
  9. Report to management to take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
  10. Create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (where applicable).
  11. Recommend improvements in order to prevent future problems.
  12. Maintain accurate, up-to-date and useable information on relevant systems/reports.

Bachelor's degree.Fluent speaking and writing Arabic and English.French or Spanish is a huge plus.Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Very good Microsoft Office skills. Preferably lives near Heliopolis.
