• Preparing monthly financial statements
• Preparing budgeted P&L and projected cash-flows with monthly updates
• Actual versus budget monitoring and analysis
• Book-keeping of non-systematic journal entries
• Initiating bank transfers
• Following up on collection of receivables
• Maintaining proper records of suppliers’ accounts in books
• Reconciling systematic reports extracted from billing system to sage
• Reconciling aging schedules for AR and AP to related accounts on a monthly basis
• Reconciling related party balances on a monthly basis
• Preparing weekly cash forecasts and reports of accounts receivable
• Preparing bank reconciliations
• Maintaining proper records on spread sheets for Capex projects and fixed assets register including logs of IT equipment that are not on the fixed assets register (Laptops, mobile phones, sim cards, etc.)
• Other ad hoc requests relating to business when needed
Diploma of International Financial Reporting - IFRSBachelor Degree in Accounting or FinanceEnglish skills : Must be very good (Technical, Written and Spoken)
