As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in Pipeline Gurus' success by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with senior stakeholders in target accounts. This is not just an entry-level role; we’re seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of sales development strategies, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to uncover and create opportunities in complex B2B sales environments.

 

You will collaborate closely with leadership and account teams to execute highly targeted outreach, craft personalized value propositions, and build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities. With your experience and strategic mindset, you’ll serve as the first point of contact in the sales process, setting the stage for long-term client partnerships and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically engage with target accounts, researching and understanding their industries, challenges, decision-makers, and use cases.
  • Develop and execute personalized multi-touchpoint outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media) to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Identify high-value opportunities by asking insightful questions, uncovering pain points, and aligning Pipeline Gurus’ solutions to client needs.
  • Drive meaningful conversations that position Pipeline Gurus as a trusted partner and thought leader.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to align on strategic goals, refine messaging, and support deal progression.
  • Mentor and coach junior BDRs, sharing best practices and providing guidance to improve team performance.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
  • Track progress in the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and visibility for the wider team.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, identifying and engaging multiple stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Lead efforts to re-engage cold or stalled opportunities, ensuring consistent momentum toward deal closure.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client challenges to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Experiment with and refine outreach techniques, consistently raising the bar for sales development excellence.
