Role Description:
A Project Engineer is responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. They plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Inspect the site again to confirm readiness for delivery and then coordinate with clients the delivery date, as well as coordinate internally with packing and transportation departments.
- Put a plan for delivery and installation teams on how to distribute the products schedule the installation process, and for sure, follow up at all stages.
- Handing over the project to the client and either signing the final site closure or a snag list.
- Informing sales and finance departments to follow up on the financial settlement.
- Address technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, applied arts, interior design, architecture, or related field.Proven working experience as a Project EngineerMinimum 2 years of experience in product engineering, with a strong background in furniture development.Excellent on AutoCAD, , MS Office.
