- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and phone calls, responding when necessary and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate personal appointments, events, and engagements for executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative AssistantKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and BoomerangExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
