- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video producers to produce multimedia content.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Foster relationships with followers and influencers to amplify brand presence.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Experiment with new features and innovative approaches to keep the brand relevant.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, PR, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior social media team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience (3-5+ years) in social media management or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Experience in paid social media campaigns is a plus.
