Role Over view:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and AWS services to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in integrating various payment gateways and services, helping us enhance our offerings and support the growth of our clients. Responsibilities:

· • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and AWS Lambda

· • Integrate various payment gateways and third-party services.

· • Collaborate closely with frontend developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to implement features and ensure seamless integration

· • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through regular code reviews and testing

· • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing backend services to enhance efficiency and user experience

· • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute to SecondProfit’s ongoing innovation and adaptation

Requirements:

· • 3+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on JavaScript and Node.js

· • Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)

· • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including microservices and serverless architecture

· • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
