Business Operations Supervisor

Operation Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the company's daily operational activities to ensure that all processes run efficiently.
  • Develop and optimize operational strategies to promote the achievement of business goals.
    Process Optimization:
  • Evaluate existing business processes, make improvement suggestions and implement optimization plans.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve team productivity.
    Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
  • Organize regular training to improve team professional capabilities and efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze key operational data, generate reports, and provide decision support.
    Monitor business indicators, identify potential problems and propose solutions.
    Cross-department coordination:
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, technology and other departments to ensure reasonable allocation of resources and smooth communication.
  • Resolve conflicts and obstacles that arise across departments during operations.
    Project management:
  • Lead or participate in key operational projects, track progress and ensure projects are completed as planned.
