Draw and Design Electrical drawings (Power, lighting, lighting control, low current systems)
- Perform the required calculation for Electrical works (Panel schedules, Voltage Drop, Short circuit,
Phase balance, Sizing of protection devices, Cables, and Trays).
- Preparing full tender package.
- Coordinating work with other members of the project team
- Reviewing shop drawings for electrical systems.
- Review material submittals and data sheets of electrical equipment in line with specifications and
design documents.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.Experience:3-6 years of hands-on experience in electrical design within a consultancy or design-focused company.Proven experience in preparing detailed electrical designs and tender packages.Technical Skills:Proficient in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and ETAP.Strong knowledge of electrical calculations (e.g., short circuit, voltage drop, cable sizing, etc.).Familiarity with local codes and international standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, BS, IEEE).Skilled in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical data sheets.Project Coordination:Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and effectively coordinate electrical designs with other project disciplines.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and project team members.
