• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.• 2-3 years of experience in a production engineering role.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• proven experience of Lean Manufacturing or six sigma• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.• Flat Glass experience is preferred.
