Contact Center Agent (F&B)

  • Handling Customers via ( Email – Chats – Calls )
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint (Calls, Email&Chat).
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken.

Bachelors Degree is A must (Graduates from tourism & hotels is a plus.)Minimum 1 year experience is a must in food and beverage app (Talabat – El Menus – Breadfast …etc)English level B2+ (Excellent English is a must)Excellent communication & soft skills.Aware with all Microsoft tools ( Outlook, Excel, Word…etc)
