Recruitment & Sourcing:
▪ Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
▪ Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure we bring in the best talent matching the job requirements.
▪ Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure they align with job requirements.
▪ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
▪ Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process.
▪ Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
▪ Extending job offers, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and ensure a smooth transition for candidates.
▪ Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs and ensure the right talent is selected.
▪ Ensure our brand presence across multiple professional networking websites to attract the best talent.
Onboarding Process:
▪ ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees. This role involves facilitating the introduction of new hires to the company culture, policies, tools, and teams, ensuring that they feel welcomed, prepared, and supported as they begin their new role.
▪ Collaborate with HR to ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new hires.
▪ Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new employees are welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).▪ 5-7 years of Experience in FMCG.▪ Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.▪ Experience with various sourcing techniques, including online job boards and social media platforms.▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.▪ Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.▪ Proactive approach to recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.▪ Very good Knowledge of labor laws.▪ Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other HR staff.▪ Results-oriented, with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.▪ Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
