- Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D structural BIM models.
- Review Structural Revit BIM Models, Providing Detailed Report about BIM Standards Adherence as well as Adequate model health and performance workflows implementation.
- Report clashes between structural and other disciplines.
- Ensure structural BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, company standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to align and integrate models.
- Establish and maintain worksets, naming conventions, and project parameters for structural models.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure model integrity and data accuracy.
- Provide technical support to team members and troubleshoot BIM-related issues.
- Assist in preparing and managing shop drawings, schedules, and quantities derived from BIM models.
QualificationsEssential:Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.6-9 Years of Experience.Proven experience in BIM coordination for structural projects.Awareness of BIM Workflows and Good knowledge working with BIM Execution Plans.Proficiency in Revit & Navisworks software.Good understanding of structural systems, design standards, and construction processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.Preferred:Certification in BIM software or processes (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).Familiarity with Dynamo, Python, or other scripting tools for BIM automation.Knowledge of international BIM standards like ISO 19650 and BS1192.Understanding of UNIClass Classification systemYou are required to samples from your own experience if you have any of the followingBIM ReportsBIM Execution Plan
