The Total Rewards Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's rewards programs to foster an exceptional employee experience and retention. This role is integral to the development and execution of a broader total rewards strategy and benefits plans.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of policies related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Serve as a key contributor to the administration and execution of total rewards programs, including annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and other recognition programs.
- Analyse and benchmark compensation data to ensure the company remains competitive in the market and aligns with industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the proper interpretation and application of compensation structures across different departments.
- Monitor and audit total rewards programs for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Conduct cost analysis and forecasts related to compensation and benefits programs to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Assist in the design and communication of compensation structures, salary scales, and job grading processes to enhance transparency and understanding among employees.
- Prepare reports on compensation trends, program utilization, and benefits.
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, to ensure optimal delivery of employee benefits and rewards.
- Manage reward and recognition programs to ensure they motivate employees and align with organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field. CIPD Level 5 preferred.Minimum Experience: +6 years of experience in Total Rewards/ compensation, benefits.Skills: (Knowledge of SAP, Fluent in English, Good Communication Skills, Strong Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, and Financial Acumen)
