Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to provide essential support to our Sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Support:
- Follow up on sales visits conducted by Sales Engineers.
- File and maintain accurate records of sales visits reports.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Track and monitor the progress of sales opportunities and offers.
- Prepare and track monthly and quarterly sales reports and key sales activity metrics.
- Assist in preparing offers and tenders to the customers.
- Administrative Support:
- Monitor and follow up on exhibition participation and post-exhibition activities.
- Track and follow up on tenders and bids.
- Assist in the preparation of customer offers and proposals.
- Perform general administrative duties as required, such as filing, data entry, and office management.
- Keep track of brochures and marketing material updated.
Job Requirements:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Experience:1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) is highly advantageous.Skills:Excellent organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial in data entry, report preparation, and maintaining records.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors.Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Strong work ethic: A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.Digital Marketing knowledge is advantage.
